1935 Tenement House — renovation from the ground up

This was one of the most demanding realizations in our portfolio. An apartment in a 1935 tenement house required not just a refresh, but virtually full reconstruction from scratch. The scope of work included a complete overhaul of installations, functional layout, and replacing floor joists for new parquet flooring.

The greatest challenge was blending the vintage character of an old tenement house with modern living comfort. We ensured the interior preserved a subtle classic vibe — evident in milled cabinet fronts, soft colors, and patterned tiles — while remaining fully modern, durable, and comfortable for daily use.

The result is a bright, elegant apartment with a soul, created practically from scratch.
