A modern turnkey house where wood, brick, black accents, and light cabinetry form an elegant, industrial ensemble. The owners wanted a functional space with character — a large kitchen, open living area, and details that set the interior apart.

The biggest challenge was the staircase. There was no pre-existing framework, and the goal was to achieve a cantilevered carpet stair effect without anchoring a steel structure into already plastered walls. Thanks to a custom-engineered solution, we achieved a light, modern effect without intrusive work on finished surfaces.

The look is complete with custom furniture, glass doors, wall slats, refined lighting, and bathrooms finished in a consistent, modern style.
