Description
This turnkey apartment was finished specifically for the rental market — designed to be aesthetic, functional, and durable for everyday tenant use. The interior relies on natural wood, white, beige, and subtle black accents, making it neutral, cozy, and appealing to a broad target audience.
The main challenge was replicating wood-grained cabinet fronts with an elegant “framed” effect similar to milled cabinet doors. Traditional framed doors significantly raise millwork costs, so we used a more budget-friendly yet stylish alternative — extending the cabinet carcasses forward to visually create a framed look around the doors.
This allowed us to maintain the intended aesthetic, optimize the investment budget, and keep a cohesive, refined interior feel. A bright kitchen, spacious bedroom wardrobes, and a practical bathroom with wood-like elements create a rental-ready apartment immediately upon completion.
